The (600 sq. ft.) one bedroom apartment is able to accomodate a party of four comfortably. It is located in a country setting with the entry separate from our residence.

full size mattress,
television and dining area.
Smoke free residence, smoking allowed outdoors only.
has a queen size bed, dresser, night
stand, alarm clock and telephone.
one full bath with linens supplied.

kitchen . . . is complete with a standing refrigerator, dishes and utensils, microwave cooking (only) and coffeemaker makes a cozy home away from home. |

- The paved driveway is large enough to accommodate a RV for
an additional fee.
- Main roads easily take you the 5 miles to Campus.
A short drive to Ireland Rd.
leads to restaurants and shopping.
- The rate is $200 per night for home
game weekends and $100 per night for
Graduation weekend. A $100 nonrefundable deposit holds your reservation.
Balance due upon arrival. We accept cash or money order.
